WELD is excited to announce our annual member breakfast for the Pittsburgh chapter! All members of the chapter are invited to attend this free, members’ only event!
According to research from the Center for American Progress, women make up 47% of the U.S. labor force, earn 60% of all undergraduate and master’s degrees, but continue to lag substantially behind men when it comes to representation in leadership positions across all industries, with women of color facing an even wider gap.
Join WELD Pittsburgh for a panel discussion, where we’ll tackle head on the ways in which we can break through the barriers and make measurable progress toward closing the leadership gap. Rachel Brecht, Principal, TiER1 Performance Solutions, and Co-Chair, WELD Pittsburgh Chapter Steering Committee, will moderate the following panel of tested and talented women leaders from our region:
