Join us to learn about the importance of maximizing company value and creating a growth trajectory in preparation to exit. We will discuss what you need to do to get ready to sell, including a process we call “reverse diligence,” the steps of the sale process from preparing your business to finding a buyer to considering offers to Closing, common mistakes owners make when selling, and how to conduct a sophisticated and informed sale while controlling costs in smaller transactions.
