Meet Coach Monique:
Certified Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Life Coach, Monique is a sought after one-on-one coach, group instructor and trainer for companies that want to improve the emotional intelligence of their workforce. Having worked her way from a dark past, including a difficult upbringing, learning disabilities, an undiagnosed seizure disorder and two failed marriages, Monique has the personal experience to under-gird her extensive training in personal growth, emotional intelligence, and innovation.
Monique’s formative years weren’t kind, not at home, school, or in the internalized messages she carried around. In fact, Monique says she used to have so many issues she needed a U-Haul to get around in life.
After devoting 10+ years to creating sustainable change in her own life, Monique realized that other people wanted change, too. They just didn’t want to devote a decade to achieve it. As Monique trained for a career in coaching and returned to school to study innovation, she created tools, techniques and an educational system to deliver a path to change- one that is easy to learn, easy to use, and immediately relevant.
Clients trust Coach Monique to guide them and to learn how to minimize stress, anxiety, worry and negative thinking and become: happier, healthier, more confident and self-assured. She is the author of the popular book: Most People Don’t Need a Therapist, They Just Need a Change: an Easy-to-Use Gide for Positive, Sustainable Change
